Rule release for today - March 9th, 2010

Microsoft Security Advisory (MS10-016):
Microsoft Windows Movie Maker contains a programming error that may allow a remote attacker to execute code on an affected system.

Microsoft Security Advisory (MS10-017):
Microsoft Excel contains several programming errors that may allow a remote attacker to execute code on an affected system.

Apache HTTPD mod_isapi RCE (2010-0425):
The mod_isapi module for the Apache HTTPD server on Microsoft Windows systems contains a programming error that may allow a remote attacker to execute code on an affected system.

Opera Web Browser Integer Overflow:
The Opera web browser contains a programming error that may allow a remote attacker to execute code on an affected system. The problem occurs when the browser incorrectly parses a specially crafted Content-Length header in a server response.
